As the GIS operation and maintenance management software platform, SuperMap iManager is a comprehensive operation and maintenance management center built on the Kubernetes platform. It can complete the automatic deployment, automatic expansion, automatic repair, dynamic scaling, partial upgrading, and health check of multiple types of GIS software, suitable for managing application services, infrastructures, and GIS Big Data. With the help of SuperMap iManager, the operation and maintenance management costs can be significantly reduced, and the efficiency of operation and maintenance management can be significantly improved.
Primary features of iManager include:
- Uses microservices architecture and containerization technology to encapsulate modules and functions in containers, providing services in a container running manner, with lighter weight, faster startup speed, and more efficient deployment of services.
- Built-in multiple GIS site environments, including GIS Server, GIS Portal, GIS Desktop, GIS Tiling Cluster, GIS Site, GIS Cloud Suite, GIS Big Data, Spatial Data Science, and Database environments, without complex deployment processes, it can be created and used with one-click.
- Supports comprehensive monitoring of service resources, including CPU usage, memory usage, network upload speed, network download speed, disk usage, and other indicators of service processes, to help administrators grasp the health status of iManager and GIS sites.
- Supports service flow monitoring, and ensures service security through authentication, authorization, and encrypted hosting technologies between services.
- Supports multi-channel alarms, users can customize alarm rules, and automatically alarm through the running iManager UI, WeChat Work, and Ding Talk. When the running system reaches the triggering alarm condition, iManager will immediately send an alarm to the alarm contacts, so that relevant personnel can quickly track, locate, and handle the problem.
- Support visualizing complex information through charts. Through the Overview diagrams, users can intuitively grasp the overall operating status of the environment; Through Topo diagrams, users can quickly understand the relationships between services in GIS sites and the availability of services.
- Support industry site customization, add third-party business sites through the page, and assist industry applications to quickly move to the cloud.
- Provides service and container logs, helping to query the running recording of the service/container.
- Provides a safe and stable data storage and management system, the data will be stored in the specified device(built-in NFS) permanently.
