Recovery

GIS Cloud Suite provides the function of site recovery, you can recover the site to the status when backuping. Please follow the steps below to recover the site:

  1. Log in to the System Management page of GIS Cloud Suite.
  2. Click on Backup and Recovery > Recovery on the left navigation bar.

  3. Click Please select the backup file on the center of the page, choose the backup file.

  4. Click on Recovery and OK.

Wait for a second after all the steps, the site will be recovered soon.

Notes:

  1. Recovery function supports the data transferring from one site to other sites. That is, backup the status of one site, and recover the status in others site.
  2. Some of data can not be recovered, such as the files in File Manager and the data in built-in services.
  3. Some of site status can not be recovered, such as the spec setting of services, the parameter setting of distributed analysis, and the scaling setting of services.
  4. The system administrator account in your backup file will not be restored.The system will use the current system administrator
